The southern side of the Grand Canyon in pictures

The Grand is just one of those spots you really want to visit during an all American road trip on the southwestern side of the States. And for a reason. The rocky walls of the area impart many lessons – most of them involving humbleness. You can’t feel but tiny compared to these majestic cliffs, and they let you reflect on the great scheme of all things.

These pictures where taken on Mather Campground, the South Kaibab trail, Yaki Point, along the way to Hermit’s Rest, Yavapai and the Village

Curious what it is you can see on the northern side of the canyon? Click here! The beauty over there of the area is totally different, yet very impressive!
